I often refer to myself as the normal one. So many people ask me how I manage to fit in fitness, good nutrition, work as a Teaching Assistant, be a wife AND have time for family. The reason why I make time for all of these things Is for my family. I workout and have me time, so I am able to mentally be the strongest I can be for my girls. I eat clean food so physically I am able to keep up with the constant after school activities such as, gymnastics, science club, brownies and most recently the tutoring my eldest is having to take her 11plus exams !
No mums job is easy but leading the lifestyle I do may be a busy one, but its the healthiest mentally and physically and the happiest that I can be to keep us with these two ! x
I will be sharing HOW I manage to keep all my plates spinning most of the time and how I plan for the busy week ahead which always involves having a plan A, B & C.
