I love chips and especially if they come with a juicy burger. It doesn’t take a genius to tell you, you can’t eat chips all the time and have a good weightless or even maintaining your current weight ! When I became certified in the 2b mindset I was introduced to swapping the usual chips, pasta etc for fantastic alternatives and one of the 1st things I made was turnip chips.
